Free Quick Scan

Send us the shop. We will tell you what we can see.

Three fields. The scan fetches your storefront the way Googlebot meets it, reads what is actually there, and shows you what it found in under a minute, while you wait.

The storefront Merchant Center points at. If you run several domains, give us the suspended one.

It is written at the top of the Merchant Center account notice. If it does not match any of these, pick the last option.

Used to send you the answer. Nothing else — see our privacy page.

Previous suspensions are worth mentioning. Accounts with history are judged differently, and it changes what we would advise.

By sending this you are asking us to fetch your public storefront. The scan only reads. It changes nothing, it needs no login, and it does not touch cart or checkout pages — a request there can create an order. Writing a correction into a shop is a separate thing entirely: it happens later, only if you buy, only with a key you create, and only for changes you approve one at a time.

What happens with what you send.

  • Your URL and email go to one inbox and are used to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list.
  • We fetch public pages of your storefront, politely: a pause between requests, a cap on how many, and robots.txt obeyed. Cart and checkout are never fetched.
  • If we take you on as a case, what we found becomes the starting point. If we do not, we delete the crawl.
  • Anything we later publish about classes of fault is aggregated and anonymised. No shop, domain, brand or product name is ever named.
