A health claim is authorised as wording, not as meaning.
The EU authorises a health claim as an exact sentence. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system is on the register. Vitamin C supports your immune defence is not. It means the same thing, reads better, and is an unauthorised claim. A model writing your copy picks the second one.

Claims that are not the register's wording
The sentence as written, and the authorised wording for that claim in that language. Also the claim the product cannot carry at all.

Generator traces
The model's instructions left inside the description. In the worst of our own shops: 714 descriptions, plus 533 stray code fences in the same catalogue. On the Dutch shop, 1,374 descriptions.

Fabricated approvals
A body that does not exist, or a real registration number presented as an approval. A notification number is not an approval.

Language drift
Wrong language for the market, a brand name translated into a word, source-language leftovers in titles. We report that it is wrong. What it should say instead is a judgement, and goes on a recipe card.
Every finding names the product id and quotes the sentence. No shop is named on this page, including ours. Yours is never named anywhere on this site, in any figure, and not in a combination that would identify it.
How it runs today
A separate pass, by hand, on an export of your catalogue.
These checks are not inside the automatic scan yet. The catalogue is exported, run through the text engine as its own pass, and delivered as import files you load back into the shop yourself — which is how the eleven shops in our own group were done. Folding the checks into the scan is the next engineering step, and it is not started. We would rather say that than draw a diagram with a box in it that does not exist.

Over 25,000 products, or several domains: we quote after the free scan, and the scan is still free.
The price follows the size of your catalogue. We count your products, show you the number and where we got it, and you see it before you pay. If we cannot count them, you get a quote rather than a guess.
You are charged in Swedish kronor, and that amount is exact. The euro and dollar figures are approximate, converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 25 September 2026 (1 € = 11.29 kr, 1 € = 1.1403 $) and rounded. We will publish fixed prices in those currencies when we can charge in them, and not before.
We sell to businesses only. The checkout asks for your company details and a confirmation that the purchase is made in the course of business.
- Swedish companies: 25% Swedish VAT is added.
- Companies elsewhere in the EU: a valid VAT number is required. With one, the sale is reverse charge — 0% VAT, accounted for by you.
- Companies outside the EU: no Swedish VAT is added.

Preventive check. The same checks on a shop that is not suspended. From €26 per check. charged as 299 kr Sold one check at a time. A monthly subscription needs a checkout that can carry one, and that is not built.
Catalogue services, per language. The catalogue prepared for one more market, per language. From €48 per language. charged as 545 kr It builds on a text correction of the same catalogue. Translating an unauthorised English claim into five languages turns one exposure into five.
Both are priced on the same ladder as everything above, and both are sold by hand.
