Cases
Two cases, both our own shops.
One suspended account taken through a review, and one catalogue sweep across eleven shops that were not suspended. Both are stores owned by the same group that owns MerchantCure, both are named, and both carry the figures with the file they were read out of.

A misrepresentation suspension, nine measured faults, and a review that came back completed
Merchant Center suspended the account of a Dutch supplement shop owned by our own group, for misrepresentation across every product in the Netherlands. We measured nine faults and repaired them. After these fixes, the review was approved. What we cannot tell you is which fix did it.
What it does not prove: 3 things, listed on the page.

The same generator, eleven shops, and a reversal file for every change
One text generator had written the catalogue for eleven shops in eleven markets, and the same kinds of fault came back in shop after shop — in different mixes, and not all four everywhere. This is what the sweep found and what it changed, shop by shop.
What it does not prove: 3 things, listed on the page.
What a case is for
Not to say that the same thing will happen to your shop. One case is one case, and the decision in it was made by a reviewer we cannot see. It is there so you can check our method against a whole file rather than against a claim — what was measured, what was quoted, what was changed, and what we got wrong on the way.
